Please double-check spelling â we copy exactly what you enter. Please include: Name, Age, and Relation (or state âno relationâ for cards). If required, also include hair colour and style (see listing images for options). For all other products, enter the recipientâs name and age (if required) â this will be used in the wording unless stated otherwise (e.g. stickers, mugs, gift bags).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
Inspection Process
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before confirming a fault. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once the item is received, it will be assessed promptly.
Outcomes
If a fault is confirmed: we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
If no fault is found: we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The item can be returned to you upon request (return postage may apply).
Partial Faults
Where an order contains multiple items, remedies will apply only to the faulty item(s). Non-faulty items, particularly personalised goods, are not eligible for return or refund.
Damage After Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage resulting from handling, use, storage, or return transit arranged by the buyer. Items must be returned in the condition received.
Return Shipping
If an item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs.
If no fault is found, the buyer may be responsible for return postage costs.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements without first verifying the issue. We always aim to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly in accordance with UK consumer law.
Make Christmas drinks feel extra special with this personalised 11 oz ceramic mug. It features a little toy soldier holding a reindeer, gold stars and a name in red script. The example wording reads âJust a Boy Who Loves Christmasâ, but you can change it to a phrase of your choice.
Personalisation: Enter the name and your exact chosen wording in the personalisation box. To keep the phrase shown in the photos, enter the name followed by âwording as shownâ. Please check the spelling before ordering.
One mug is supplied; the photographs show different views of the same design. Your mug is made to order and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 once dispatched. Please check the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.
If thereâs a problem, please contact me with your order details and photographs where possible. Iâll look into it promptly and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your consumer rights.
