Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery & Shipping

Standard 1st Class - 1-2 days via Royal Mail

Tracked 24 - 1-2 days via Royal Mail

Orders have a 1-2 days processing time, upon dispatch you will receive a dispatch notification via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to items being personalised to the buyers request, returns & exchanges are not accepted. As once an item is made it can not be resold due to custom personalisation. If product is not personalised then a return will be accepted, as long as item has been unused and in original packaging.

Mug & Tumbler Information

Mugs & Tumblers are dishwasher safe, as long as use on a delicate cycle. Please only use a soft cloth to dry your mug or tumbler, this is to prevent any scratches on the item.



Order Has Arrived Damaged

Please email a photo of the item damaged, alongside the original packaging to -

Once the evidence has been received and processed, I will make sure your replacement is made a priority and sent out within 24/48 hours.



Cancellations

I accept cancellations within 24 hours - as long as product has not yet been dispatched, if item has been dispatched then unfortunately I can not cancel your item.
