Please double-check spelling — we copy exactly what you enter. Please include: Name, Age, and Relation (or state “no relation” for cards). If required, also include hair colour and style (see listing images for options). For all other products, enter the recipient’s name and age (if required) — this will be used in the wording unless stated otherwise (e.g. stickers, mugs, gift bags).
Please note: All items are personalised and cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
Inspection Process
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before confirming a fault. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once the item is received, it will be assessed promptly.
Outcomes
If a fault is confirmed: we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
If no fault is found: we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The item can be returned to you upon request (return postage may apply).
Partial Faults
Where an order contains multiple items, remedies will apply only to the faulty item(s). Non-faulty items, particularly personalised goods, are not eligible for return or refund.
Damage After Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage resulting from handling, use, storage, or return transit arranged by the buyer. Items must be returned in the condition received.
Return Shipping
If an item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs.
If no fault is found, the buyer may be responsible for return postage costs.
Important
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements without first verifying the issue. We always aim to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly in accordance with UK consumer law.

* Cards arrive blank, for you to add your own personal message.
DELIVERY
We aim to post your order within 1-2 working days.
All cards are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.
